We are registered with all main private heath insurance providers, including BUPA, AXA-PPP, HSA, Aviva, etc. Please notify us when booking if you would like to pay through your insurance. In most cases, you pay us and we provide the receipt required to be reimbursed by your healthcare provider. You must always pay us the excess if there is one. Each provider operates a different system. Please check in advance with yours as to what it may cover.
Cancellations:
Missed appointments or those cancelled with less than 24 hours notice incur a cancellation fee as it is usually very hard to fill them at such short notice. Giving as much notice as possible also helps others who call for an urgent appointment.
We accept cash/cheque payments, bank transfers and cards.
