We are registered with all main private heath insurance providers, including Vitality, HSA, Aviva, BUPA etc. Please notify us when booking if you would like to pay through your insurance. In most cases, you pay us and we provide the receipt required to be reimbursed by your healthcare provider. You must always pay us the excess if there is one. Check in advance with your provider as to what it may cover.
Cancellations:
Missed appointments or those cancelled with less than 24 hours notice incur a cancellation fee as it is usually very hard to fill them at such short notice. Giving us as much notice as possible also helps others who call for an urgent appointment.
We accept cash/cheque payments, bank transfers and cards.
